Emma's Bomb-ass Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
6 eggs3 oz / 85 g (5 small round slices of Jones) canadian bacon2 Tbsp brown sugar3 Tbsp fresh chunky salsa or pico de gallo (3 oz)1/4 cup monterey jack cheese4 small flour tortillas (1/2 LA TORTILLA FACTORY WRAP)4 Tbsp daisy light sour creamextra salsa and sour cream to taste when served
Directions

Cook the canadian bacon with cooking spray with brown sugar until well done and slightly crispy. Add eggs. Cook until done. Add cheese and salsa.

Warm the tortillas on the stove and fill burritos with the eggs. Add additional salsa and sour cream to taste. Serve and enjoy!
