Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. It's that simple!

I enjoy making smoothies during the day, especially for breakfast since I"m not really a breakfast person, but I have to say I love this recipe! Again, I do add protein powder for the extra benefit but to make it sweeter I also had a little dash of vanilla or Sugar-Free Strawberry Torani syrup! - 1/7/09

MY HUSBAND AND I JUST LOVE MAKING SMOOTHIES. ONE WAY TO BOOST YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE FOR THE DAY OR TURN YOUR SMOOTHIE INTO A MEAL IS TO ADD SOME PROTEIN POWDER (I PREFER THE WHEY PROTEIN OVER THE SOY BUT TO EACH HIS OWN). IF YOU USE DANNON LIGHT N FIT YOGURT YOU CAN SAVE A TON OF CALORIES. - 1/7/09
