Spinach and Garlic Quiche

6 large eggs1 cup skim milk1/2 cup cooked spinach4oz shredded parmesan cheese1/2 cup swiss cheese1 ready to bake pie crust1 tbsp: oregano, parsley, salt, ground black pepper4 chopped cloves of garlic (or as many as you like!)
Beat eggs and mix with milk in a large bowl. Cook spinach over low heat on the stove and then add to egg/milk mixture. Add seasonings and chopped garlic. Stir mixture well. Pour into pie crust. Slowly add cheese and mix in carefully. Some cheese can stay on the top of the mixture.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. (Be sure to check directions on pie crust and make sure they don't horribly conflict!)
Bake at 400-425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes or until knife can be inserted in middle and pulled out cleanly.
