Basic crepes with egg substitute

Ingredients
1 c flour1/2 c egg substitute1/2 c milk1/2 c water1/4 t salt2 T margarine, melted
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients. Whisk until there are no lumps. Heat pan over medium to high heat. Add about 1/4 c of batter to the pan. Tilt the pan to spread the batter in the pan. Get it as thin as possible. Cook until edges curl up, then turn the crepes over and cook on the other side. Depending on pan size, it will make 6-8 crepes.
