Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 1lb.Oscar Mayer Lower Sodium Bacon, 10 slicesShrimp, cooked, 25 largeGarlic, 2 tbsp.Vegetable Juice (V8), 4 cupsBeans, pinto, 15 oz. can washed & drainedBeans, navy, 15 oz. can washed & drainedBeans, red kidney, 15 oz. can washed & drainedBeans, black, 15 oz. can washed & drainedTomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 14.5 oz. canGreat Value Hot Chili Seasoning (1.25oz)Chopped Green onion, 1 cup.
Directions
Brown ground beef & bacon in pan, drain fat off after cooking. Saute shrimp (tails removed) in garlic & green onion for 2 minutes. Add beef & bacon back in along with vegetable juice & remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Makes 12- 1 cup servings.
