Pams German Meatballs

Ground beef, lean, 16 oz Mushrooms, canned, 0.25 cup-pieces Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped )Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 10 oz canPoultry seasoning, 0.25 tsp Salt, 0.50 tsp pepper, black, 1 dash *Flour, white 1 tblsp. Sour Cream, reduced fat, 0.50 cup *Caraway Seed, 0.50 tsp Milk, 2%, 0.25 cup (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.25 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Parsley, 1 tbsp
Combine beef, egg, parsley,breadcrumbs,milk, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
Form meatballs about 1 1/2 inches round.
In large skillet brown the meatballs. Add beef broth, mushrooms pieces and onion. Cover-let simmer for 30 minutes.
In small bowl, combine/mix sour cream, flour and caraway seed. Add and mix into the broth meatball mixture and cook for 8 or so more minutes.
Serve with Spaetzel (German noodles) with a little melted butter and breadcrumbs sprinkled on top of noodles. Make a hole in the middle of your noodles to put the meatball broth inside. This is the authentic way to present this dish.
