Ingredients
1 chicken breast (boneless, skinless)1 cup garden blend stir fry veggies w/noodles1 tsp ground ginger1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Directions
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place into oiled skillet. Cook until brown (about five minutes). Add ginger, worcestershire sauce and veggies. Stir, cover and cook for about four more minutes.
