2 slices rye bread4 oz grilled chicken breast or tenderloins1 tsp olive oil1/2 cup raw onion sliced or chopped1 slice swiss cheese 2% milk singlesCooking SpraySalt and Pepper for grilling chicken and onions
1. Saute onions in pan with cooking spray. Use salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
2. Lighly season chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook in pan until lightly brown on each side and cooked through.
3. Spray pan with cooking spray and assemble sandwich in pan with bread, cheese, onions, then chicken. Top with second slice bread.
4. Grill in pan on both sides until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
