Mushroom and Bell Pepper Chicken Breasts

10 boneless skinless, chicken breasts, thawed if frozen.1 cup Zesty Italian dressing1/2 cup Olive Oil2 jar canned mushrooms6 roasted red bell peppers, cut or torn into pieces2 tbs basil dried and crumbled well2 tbs oregano dried and crumbled wellpinch of kosher salt and black pepper
Place chicken breasts in containers, pour over italina dressing, then use olive oil to cut the vinegary taste of the dressing. Place the muhrooms and a few torn of roasted red bell peppers on top of chicken breast. Then add the seasonings. Allow to marinate anywhere from 4 to overnight (best way) so the flavores can marry well.
Pr4heat oven to 350 degrees and place the chicken with mushrooms and ell papers on a foil lined tray or pan, leaving dressing behind. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, depending upon how thick the breasts are. If you need to cook for an extra 5 minutes, don't worry, they will still come out moist and so tasty you will have them thinking they are a gourmet dinner.!
