Glad I read the comments of Lemonade17 and used a cup cake tin. Also instead of using cool whip, used sugar free jello parfiat to put in mix for a different take on dessert. - 9/26/12

This tastes basically like angel food cake, which is great, but nothing unique. Also, the first tray of cookie melted down into one huge, thin spread, not cookie-like at all. (Luckily, it didn't drip off the tray! Came close, though.) I baked the rest as mini-muffins, and they turned out fine. - 11/20/11
