Ingredients
Peanut Oil, 2 1tsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Carrots, raw, 2 cup, strips or slicesGarlic, 2 cloveScallions, raw, 2 small (3" long) Corn Starch, 100 Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1.50 tbsp Snow Peas, fresh, 2 cup Bean sprouts, 1 cup
Directions
Combine Chicken Broth and Corn Starch in bowl and put aside. Saute minced garlic in wok or pan with peanut oil over medium/low heat, careful not to burn the garlic.
Add Snow Peas and Carrot matchsticks and saute for about 10 mins for a medium crunch (stir frequently to cook evenly) Add Bean Sprouts and Scallions and stir/cook for another 2-3 mins. Move veggies to one side of pan and add the chicken. Stir chicken into veggies frequently. Add Soy Sauce and broth mixture you previously made. Simmer and taste frequently to desired doneness (about 5 mins)
