Chicken Stir Fry with Soy Sauce

Ingredients
3 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp cornstarch2 cloves garlic, minced2 tbsp olive oil2 whole chicken breasts, thinly sliced12 oz bag of frozen broccoli/cauliflower1 small onion, thinly sliced1 carrot, pared and thinly sliced
Directions
Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic and 1/4 cup water; set aside. In wok or large skillet, stir fry chicken in olive oil for 2-4 minutes. Add vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes.

Add soy sauce mixture; cook and stir until slightly thickened. Serves 4
