Anne's Spinach, Tomato, Mushroom and Feta Mountain Pie (Pie Iron)

Ingredients
1/4 cup of Feta Cheese (crumbled)1/4 cup of Fresh, Whole, Mushrooms (cubed)1/2 Plum Tomato (diced)6 Spinach Leaves (rolled and chopped)A Pinch of Garlic Powder4 slices of White Bread2 tbs of Marinara/Spaghetti Sauce
Directions
What you will need: a small zip-lock bag, a campfire, and a pie iron.

Preparation:
Start by chopping the mushrooms so that they are cubed into small pieces about 1/4 of a cups worth. Place cubed mushrooms into the zip-lock bag.
Dice 1/2 of a plum tomato and place that into the bag with the mushrooms.
Lay the 6 spinach leaves on top of each other and roll them up, this makes it easier to chop. Place Chopped spinach leaves in the zip-lock bag.
Add 1/4 a cup of Feta Cheese to the bagged mixture.
Add a pinch of Garlic Powder to the mixture.
Close the zip-lock bag and shake the mixture, combining it throughout.
Place in the refrigerator if you are not going to use it right away.

How to assemble and cook:
Lay pie Iron out on table.
Butter one side of one piece of bread and lay the buttered side down on one half of the pie iron.
Spoon half of the spaghetti sauce onto the bread in the pie iron and spread it around to the edges.
Place half of the bagged mixture onto the bread you just sauced.
Take another piece of bread and butter one side of it.
Place the bread on top of the mixture buttered side up.
Gently close the pie iron making sure that the bread doesn't shift.
Secure the pie iron and place it in the coals of the fire.
After 2 or 3 minutes check that it is okay and not sticking or burning and then flip the pie iron over for an additional 2 - 3 minutes.
Check and make sure it is cooked to your liking.
Be very careful removing the sandwich from the pie iron.
