Ingredients
2 medium potatoes for baking1 large red bell pepper4 medium zuchinni1 tbs olive oil1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp italian seasoning herbs
Directions
wash and chop vegetables. place in baking dish. toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and seasoning herbs. bake at 325F for 45 min or until potatoes are done. makes about 4 one cup servings.
