Chicken paprikash

Ingredients
6 chicken thighs1 med. onion sliced2 T. canola oil3/4 chicken brothsalt and pepper2 T. paprika1/2 c. nonfat sour cream2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Slice onion and put in bottom of slow cooker. Add paprika and 1/2 salt, and grinding of pepper. Season thighs with salt and pepper and rub minced garlic over meat. Heat oil in heavy skillet, saute thighs until well-browned, approximately 6-7 minutes per side. Add to slow cooker. Add chicken broth to skillet and stir up any browned bits, add to slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. In last half hour, add sour cream.

Serve over brown rice
