Chicken Tortilla ("burrito")

Ingredients
-Canned Chicken, 0.50 can (2.5oz)-Mission , Low Carb Whole Wheat Burrito Size Tortilla, 1 serving (1 tortilla)-Iceberg Lettuce (salad), .125 cup, shredded or chopped-Lucerene Shredded Cheese Mexican Four Cheese Blend (Serving=1/4cup), 1 serving -Daisy Brand Sour Cream, 1 tbsp
Directions
Place large skillet on stove, put heat to 3 or 4 (not quite "medium", but not low). Once hot place tortilla in skillet for 2 minutes, flip over and leave again for 2 minutes...Leave in the pan and on 1/2 of the tortilla place the 1/2 can of chick, lettuce, and cheese. Leave it open for 2 - 4 minutes until cheese starts to melt. Fold over empty side of tortilla onto the part w/the ingredients. Leave there for 3 - 5 minutes and then flip and leave for 3-5 minutes. Remove when chicken is hot and cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and enjoy.
