Apple Salad

Ingredients
1 lg Gala Apple chopped (1 - 1 1/2 cup)1 Granny Smith Apple, chopped3 tbls Crystalized Ginger chopped1 tbls Honey1 tbls Lemon Juice2 tbls Orange Juice Concentrate1/2 c. toasted walnuts (Can also use pecans)1/4 c. dried Cranberries (can use dried cherries)
Directions
Toast Walnuts. Combine all ingrediants stiring to coat all the apples, let it get happy in 8-10 minutes before serving.
