Delicioso Turkey Burgers with Feta and Basil

Ingredients
1 large mixing bowl1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey1/4c plain bread crumbs3 oz. reduced fat feta cheese5 leaves fresh basil, chopped1 egg1 tsp worcestershire sauce (or quick shake from the bottle)salt and pepper to taste*If you like things a little on the spicy side... To add a kick sometimes I add dash or two of cayenne pepper.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Using your hands is really the easiest and most fun way to prepare these burgers. If you have kids that want to help in the kitchen, this is a great time. Form into patty size of your choice.

Patty Options:
Five, 3.2 oz. patties or Ten 1.6 oz. sliders

Cooking Options:
Depending on the patty size you choose, as well as the thickness, cooking times will vary.
Grilling, stove top, and oven baking for full size burgers take between 8-12 minutes.
The cheese will cause the burgers to get a nice brown crust on the outside and stay moist inside. Enjoy!
