Acorn Squash, Sweet - Gluten Free

Ingredients
1 Acorn Squash (200z)2 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar Packed2 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup1 Tablespoon of butter, melted
Directions
Cut Squash in half and discard seeds and pulp.
Place in a baking pan cut side up and add 1/4 inch water to bottom of pan.
Mix melted butter, brown sugar and Maple Syrup.
Drizzle mixture into each half.

Bake for 1 hour or until done. Serves 2
