Almost Instant Lasagna

1/2 c. onion, chopped1 lb. lean ground beef26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce1 can diced tomatoes, drained1 Tbsp Italian seasoning3/4 c. water4 oz. reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled2 c. reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese2/3 c. grated parmesan cheese8 oz. whole wheat lasagna noodles (9 noodles), uncooked
1. Brown onion and ground beef in very large pan until beef is cooked through. Drain off any fat.
2. Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, seasoning and water. Mix well.
3. Mix all cheeses in medium bowl.
4. Layer ingredients in sprayed 9x13 inch baking dish in this order: 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, meat, cheese mixture, 3 more noodles, meat, cheese, last 3 noodles, meat cheese. This expands to fill the pan as it cooks.
5. Cover very tightly with foil. Place on a baking sheet to catch any drips.
6. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
7. Remove from oven. Let stand covered for 30 more minutes before serving. (This is important because it finishes cooking during this time.)
