Non fat/low sugar/high fiber blueberry muffins

Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo mix togetherAdd:Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup Baking Powder, 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar, 1/3 cup Splenda, 1/3 cup Salt, 2 tsp Stir in:Blueberries, fresh or frozen, 1.5 cup
Directions
Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20-22 minutes

Makes 24 muffins

hint: spray muffin cups with Pam (or similar) prior to adding batter, the muffins will come out of the muffin cups much easier
