1 block of extr firm tofu pressed2 tsp of lemon juice1 clove of garlice minced1/4 tsp of saltdash of fresh black pepper1/4 cup of nutritional yeast flakes
Makes 6 servings, can be used anywhere you would use ricotta
after pressing tofu, break it us into small pieces. Add everything but the nutritional yeast. Squish everything together with your hands until it resembles ricotta. Add the nutritional yeast and stir well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
