Pineapple Chicken and Brown rice

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast, chopped into bite sized pieces.2 cups of fresh pineapple2 Tablespoons of honey1 onion, slicedsaltpepper1 Tablespoon of onion powder1 Tablespoon of garlic powder
Directions
Oreheat oven at 400 degrees.

Place chicken in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Put onion slices over top of the chicken.

Put pineapple and honey in blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.

Pour blended mixture over chicken.

Place in over for approximately 45-60 minutes or until done.

While chicken is cooking. Prepare rice as directed.

Add cooked rice to the chicken and serve.
