Balsamic Green Beans

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Fresh Green Beans6 slices Cooked Bacon - Crumbled1 Tbsp Olive Oil4 Shallots - Minced2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Steam fresh green beans to desired tenderness 4 - 6 minutes.
While green beans are cooking, add olive oil to fry pan and sauté shallots in oil until they begin to turn slightly brown, about 10 minutes. Add steamed green beans to sautéed shallots and mix. Add the balsamic vinegar and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Put into serving dish and sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top.

Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
