1 fat free, sugar free chocolate or butterscotch pudding cup1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (I suggest finding low fat ones)2 tablespoon cool whip free
Directions
Divide the graham crackers into two portions, the cool whip into two portions and the pudding into three portions.
Alternate the ingredients in layers and serve.
