Turkey Spaghetti Cassarole

Ingredients
8 oz. spaghetti, uncookedcooking spray3/4 c onion, chopped3/4 c green pepper, chopped3/4 c 1% milk1/2 tsp pepper1/4 tsp salt1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup2 cups chopped cooked turkey breast1 (4.5 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained1 (4oz) jar diced pimiento, drained1 c (4oz) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook spaghetti per package. Drain. Meanwhile, coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray, place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and gren pepper, saute 5 min or until tender. Combine onion mixture, milk, and next 3 ingredients. Stir well. Combine pasta, turkey, mushrooms, and pimientos; toss gently. Pour soup mixture over pasta mixture; toss until pastas is well coatd. Spoon mixture into baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered at 375 for 30 min. Sprinkle with cheese, bake, uncovered, 5 additioanl min or until cheese melts.
