EW: Date Rice Krispy Squares

Ingredients
2 c. rice krispy cereal1/4 c. butter, unsalted3/4 c. sugar8 oz. dates, diced1/4 c. chopped almonds1/2 c. chopped, sweetened coconut1 tsp. vanilla1/8 tsp. salt
Directions
Melt butter, sugar and dates together until they form a paste over low heat-- about 15 min or so.

Stir in coconut, almonds, vanilla and salt. Then stir in the cereal.

Spread into a pan sprayed w/ cooking spray & slice when cool.
