Sheila's Meatloaf

Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 8 oz Ground Pork, 8 oz Veal, ground, 8 oz Egg, fresh, 2 large Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 small Garlic, 2 cloves Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Mix meats (if purchased separately - but meatloaf mix comes with all 3 meats pre-mixed).
Add eggs, 1/2 tomato sauce, onion, garlic and seasoning.
Begin to mix while adding bread crumbs (depending on the moisture in your meats you may need to add more or less)
Form a firm loaf.
Cook in covered roasting pan for 60 minutes.
Add remaining tomato sauce to top of meatloaf.
Cook for additional 30 minutes.
Remove cover and cook for additional 15 minutes.
