Cheesy Potatoes

5 peeled potatoes.25 cups fat free milk3 tbsp fat free butter5 oz. 2% milk velveeta cheese1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
Slice the potatoes into thin slices. Put them in a 9" x 9" baking pan. Pour on milk. Then, spread the butter on top. Cut up velveeta in small chunks and put them on top of the butter. Take a spoon and push some of the chunks down in. Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. When there is about 10 minutes left, take foil off and stir. Then sprinkle shredded cheese on top of potatoes. Put foil back on and finish cooking.
