Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 cans of pink salmon1 bunch of green onions diced1 cup of bread crumbsmustard to taste4 tbsp lemon juice2 eggs3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Makes 10-15 salmon patties'
Drain salmon and flake with fork in large bowl
Add next 5 ingredients and mix well
Add eevo to hot skillet
Form patties by hand
Cook on med/high heat for about 5-6mins on each side
