Crepes

Ingredients
3 eggs1 1/2 c milk1 1/2 c flour2 tbsp veg oil
Directions
Beat eggs at medium speed. Gradually add dry ingredients alternatively with milk and oil Beat till smooth. May be stored in fridge up to three days.

Heat non stick pan over medium heat. Pour 2-3 tsp batter and swirl pan so that batter covers bottom of pan. Cook for 30 seconds. Flip and cook for a further 30 seconds

Serve warm filled with filling or sprinkled with lemon juice and sweetener.
