Apple and Onion Chicken Soft Tacos

Ingredients
1 tbsp unsalted butter1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1/2 tsp ground black pepper4 tbsp Mango Salsa1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Large chicken breasts cut up into cubes1 garlic clove Minced6 Flour 8" tortillas2 Cups of sliced Apples1 Cup of sliced onion
Directions
Heat butter in pan over medium heat. Add apples until soft and golden and add onion a few minutes after apples are put in. Remove apples and onions and set aside. Next, heat oil over medium heat and add cubed chicken and cook thoroughly. Add apples and onions back to the chicken and add the minced garlic clove, nutmeg and black pepper to season the mixture. Remove mixture and put in tortillas and top with Mango Salsa.
