Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients
1/4 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour1 TBS of Butter2 C Fresh Broccoli1 Large Onion3 Cloves Garlic2 Cups 1% milk1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese8 oz Barilla Plus rotini - cooked according to package directionsblack pepper to taste
Directions
Finely Chop onion and mince garlic. In a small skillet, melt butter and saute onion and garlic. Add Wheat flour and wisk. Add milk slowly and continue to stir.

In microwave or in a separate pot, steam broccoli until tender crisp.

In a large pan, toss all ingredients and serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
