Ingredients
2 tbsp oil1 cup onion1 tbsp basil1 tbsp garlic1 6 oz can of tomato paste1 29 oz can of tomato puree1 can great norther or navy beans10 cups watersalt & pepper to taste1 lb pasta
Directions
Brown onion in oil. Add seasoning and tomato paste, tomato puree & water. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add great northern/navy beans. Simmer another 15 minute.

In a separate pot boil the pasta until el dente and drain.

Place pasta in a bowl and pour tomato based liquid overtop. May add Romano on top.
