Garden Salad with lemon/olive oil dressing

Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 7 cup, shredded Cucumber (with peel), .6 cup slicesCarrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slices Onions, raw, .3 cup, sliced Cherry Tomatoes, 6 cut in halfLemon juice, 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil, 1.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
Directions
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Combine lemon juice, olive oil and pepper in a small bowl; stir well with a wire whisk.
3. Spoon dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Yield: 4 servings.
