Ingredients
5 cans (15oz)Dark Red Kidney Beans2 cans (14.5oz) Canned Tomatoes, pureed2 lbs 93% Extra Lean Ground Beef, browned and drained1 TBS Chili powder1/2 tsp Dehydrated Onions flakes2 tsp Paprika 1/4 tsp Cumin seed3/4 tsp Minced Garlic1/4 tsp Oregano leaves1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
In a 6 qt pot on medium heat, brown and drain ground beef. Add pureed tomatoes. Add all spices adn mix well. Bring to a slow boil, stiring occasionally. Turn heat down and simmer for 30-45 min, stiring occasionally. Makes 16, 1 cup servings
