Chicken Burrito/Enchiladas!

Ingredients
2 BS chicken breasts1 tbsp chili powder1 minced garlic clove1 medium onion, minced1- 15 oz can S&W Black Beans (drained)1 - 15 oz can Diced tomatoes (Mexican Style if you can...)2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped1 can sweet corn, drained4 burrito-size tortillas3 T Old El Paso Taco sauce1 C. Kraft Mexican Cheese
Directions
Dice chicken and cook with chili powder and minced garlic and onion. When chicken is mostly cooked add black beans and chopped red bell pepper. Cook for a couple of minutes to allow black beans to dry and thicken. Drain the tomato juice into the pan and then chop the tomatoes and add them. Stir and let cook a couple of minutes to let mixture thicken. Mix in green chiles and corn and cook for five more minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally.

Fill each tortilla with 1/4 of mix, plate, and cover with taco sauce (to taste). Top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is soft...YUMMY!
