6 pitted dates, cut up (with scissors)2 tblsp raisins2 tblsp craisins3 tblsp slivered almonds3 tblsp chopped walnuts1 tbslp ground flax seed2 tblsp shredded coconut1/2 cup natural nut butter1/2 cup agave nectar or honey1 cup uncooked traditional oats
melt peanut butter and agave nectar (or honey) over low heat til melty. add remaining ingredients. pour in 9x9 pan and chill til set.
