Ingredients
Cucumber with peel, sliced thin2 Tbsp. Fat free sour cream2 tsp. Splenda1 Tbsp. Vinegar, cider, white, red wine (your choice)
Directions
Mix sour cream, splenda, vinegar together. Add thinly sliced cucumbers. Can be served immediately or refrigerate 1/2 hour.

Makes 2 1/2 Cup servings.

    i just did it but wt a twist: instead of splenda...nothing. i don't use sweet things wt cucumber and instead of sour cream i used fat free yogurt. if u add some minced garlic u get Tzatziki, the Greek dish ;) - 3/19/07
