* Canola Oil, 1/2 cup * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked * Egg, fresh, 2 large * CoCo Wheats, 1/2 cup * Flour, whole grain, 1-1/2 cup * Baking Powder, 3 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Salt, 1/4 tsp (optional) * Walnuts, 1/2 cup in pieces or chips (optional
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix oil, sugar, and eggs first. Then mix in rest of dry ingredients. Add walnuts or raisins if desired. Drop by spoonsful on buttered cookie sheets and bake 10-12 minutes.
Makes 24-28 cookies
