Ingredients
1 cup reduced fat sour cream1 tsp baking soda4 cups four1 cup white sugar2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp cream of tartar1 tsp salt1 cup unsalted buttter1 egg1 cup raisins
Directions

1. blend sour cream and baking soda, set aside
2. prehear oven to 350 debrees. Lightly grease a large baking sheet
3 mix ths flour, sugar, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt. Cut in the butter. Stir sour cream mixture and egg into the four mixture until jujst moistened. mix in raisins
4 Turn dough out onto lightly foured surface, and knead briefly. Rolll or pat int a 3/4 inch thich round. Cut into 12 wedges, place 2 inches apart on baking sheet
5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom
