To make the dressing mix 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar, 2/3 cup of olive oil, lemon juice, honey, equal, mustard, and salt and pepper into a small bowl.
Then in a large bowl mix the dressing with the salad. Agg 1/2 cup of gota cheese and dried cranberries to the top of the salad. Toast pine nuts to add to sald. (Optional).
