Ingredients
4 oz pizza dough1/8 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1/8 cup shredded colby jack cheese1/8 cup diced tomatoes1/8 cup sliced mushrooms1/8 cup sliced red and white onions3 slices Canadian bacon2 Tbsp pesto sauce1/4 cup of: red & yellow & green bell pepper slices1/8 cup ground cooked beed1/8 cup ground cooked Italian pork sausage1 Tbsp sliced olives
Directions
Lay your pizza dough on a plate (we bought ours pre-made, but if you make yours, it should be about 9 inches, roughly the size of a regular tortilla with about an inch to spare for the edge). Pile your toppings on one side only, then fold over, crimp the edges, and bake at 325 F for about 20 minutes. Remember cooking times will vary according to oven and elevation.
