Pork and Green Chili Stew

1 Tbs grapeseed oil3 Green Bell Peppers Chopped2 small Yellow Onions Chopped350 g ground pork3 cloves Garlic mashed2 green chilies, finely chopped2.5 cups chicken stock2 tsp white vinegar1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp chili powder
Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat, and cook peppers and onions until lightly browned. Add ground pork, and cook until browned. Add garlic, chilies, and chicken stock and cook over medium for about 30 mins. Add beans, spices and vinegar and cook for a further 10-15 mins over low heat (or until desired thickness is reached). Serve with a squeeze of lime and a spoon of sour cream.
