1/4 cup wheat flour1/4 cup flax meal3 servings french vanilla whey (Vitalab)2 cups oatmeal, ground1 cup splenda1 tsp. soda, cinamon1/4 tsp. salt1 cup bananna, mashed1/2 unsweetened applesauce1 egg
Directions
12 muffins, 325 degrees, 15 - 20 minutes

mix dry ingredients. add wet ingredients in center (slighlty beat egg). fold until moist.

    Very tasty. I used 100% Whey protein vanilla powder, Cytolab instead of the Vitalab brand. I may decrease the amount of Splenda next time, as they are sweet. But the hubby likes them. He thinks they are "Dangerously good" - 7/13/10
