Strawberries and Cream Muffins

Ingredients
2 Cups flour1Tbs. baking powder½ tsp. salt½ Cup sugar1 egg, slightly beaten1 Cup heavy cream¼ Cup melted butter1 ½ Cup strawberries, chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 375º. Mix flour (reserve ¼ cup to toss with berries), baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Add the egg, cream, and butter, stirring only enough to dampen flour. Toss with berries with flour and, fold them into the batter last. Bake 20-25 minutes.
