Gram crackers Any kind you likeKiwi fruitCottage cheese ( i like to use fiber one for extra fiber)
Directions
Portion out your cottage cheese .5 cup or 1
Cut up one kiwi into little bits or slices
and then crumble up half of you gram cracker on top of mixture.. Stick the other 2 on the side and scoop a couple bites...
