1-6oz container soy yogurt (strawberry)1 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened1/2 cup of baby carrots (about 7 carrots)2 Tbsp milled flaxseed1/4 cup oats4oz orange juice
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into blender and secure lid
2. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth
