Burgy's Endive with Hot Bacon Dressing

Ingredients
Bacon, 12 medium slices, cooked (raw product Egg, fresh, 2 large Salt, .5 tsp *Flour, white,1TbspEndive, 1 head Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Cider Vinegar, .25 cup
Directions
Cook Bacon Drain Fat and crumble (hold on side)
Mix all other except endive in saucepan and cook till it starts to thicken
Add Cooked bacon then add Endive cut into small pieces and let it wilt in the dressing!

    1.5 cups is not equal to 8 oz. i also added splenda to make it more of a sweet n sour dressing. otherwise, ok. - 10/6/08
