Crispy Baked Chicken

Ingredients
3 lbs chicken ( I use breast only)1 cup skim milk2 cups crushed cornflakes2 teaspoonsl rosemary1 tsp pepper
Directions
Clean and rinse chicken pat dry.
Pour milk into a shallow bowl. Combine cornflake crumbs rosemary and pepper in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in milk and crumb mixture.
Arrange on a foil covered baking pan bake 45 min in 400 oven.
